Estimate Properties - Reports Tab Screen

Use this screen to view the default formats for your reports. These options are set up in your repair facility profile in the Estimate Rules section.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Default Supplement Report Format	This option indicates the default format that will be used when you print a supplement.
Print Recall Information on Estimate Report	This option indicates whether any existing recall information for the vehicle will print on the locked estimate or supplement reports.
Print Alternate Parts Usage Information on Estimate Report	This option indicates that a report will print that lists any OPT OEM, or non-OEM parts used in the estimate.
Print Zeros for Numeric Fields	This option indicates whether zeroes will appear on the reports if the value of a field is zero, and it is not underlined. Check this box if you want the zeroes to print. Leave the box blank if you don’t.
OK	Select this to save the information and close the screen.
Cancel	This option closes the screen without saving.
